You're going to have to submit a billing ticket. This is an issue on the STO side as well. sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=728771That thread has a bunch of replies from the CR. Looks like they're still investigating it but I would give it a quick read through to see if there's anything else in there to help you. Since all the games run on the same account system, it might help. You could also post in that thread saying you have the same issue over on the CO side but that you aren't getting any help over there. Branflakes is a cool dude and would probably pass on the word for you.

Btw, so I hear not only is Cryptic fixing this, but there's "compensation" to people affected? Will this be like Zen points or some limited edition action figure or something?

Didn't TT report this had to do with a Visa issue? The LinkEither way, are you still stuck as Silver?

Second month in a row that I did not receive the stipend. Not a big deal because I dont intend to buy anything in the store but it is really unfair.

Just want to say I did revive my stipend a few days back, And haven't gone back to silver.
..yet.
