Look at your stats. Now back to me. Now back to your stats. Now back to me. Now look at your stats. Now back...to me. Your attacks hit harder. This bear is flying. *whistles a jingle*

This would mean someone runnin 60 offense doing 14% more damage, which really isn't the case. The only hard to determine variables are damage resistance values. Some mobs have none while others have a mild tolerance for certain types of attacks. Then there are the ones with defensive abilities. Where are you getting your results from? My ego sprites with 20 pre/60 offense, 97 My ego sprites without 90, Even with sentinell role in mind that doesn't add up, unless its on a certain damage (base/extra w/e) , but thats what i meant to start with.

It doesn't say +33 damage. It says +33% all damage strength. That's WEIRD.

Lets define some terms, "Overriding" the largest amount (or most recent if talking about buffs) counts and disables the bonus from other sources. "Stacking" combines with other bonuses without disabling them.
i say disabling them because the bonuses still count but Diminishing Returns may still apply.
So to be clear, the +X% dmg from Super stat #1 adds with +Y% dmg from Super Stat #2 adds with +Z% dmg from Offense stat. Its not (X+Y+Z)%, its some other random Cryptic style math equation. But ALL THREE STATS COUNT, therefore they are "stacking" and not "overriding" stats. Don't try to understand the math your head will hurt.
