You have to have the 20 hours playtime throughout your characters, get a group of five, and get to Homestead (Champions HQ) and talk to the Registration fellow by the disk.

There will be a fine of 10 Globals, then all of the people in the group will join the new SG. You can kick them afterwards, and you'll all keep the free costume slot

im just playing with one character but i have 2 if i delete the other one do i can still make a supergroup if i have deleted the other character

and: how do i know if i have played 20 hours with my main (cuz im deleting the other one)

If you type /played on all your characters and add the time together you get your total play time. The characters don't have to exist to count in, as long as you have played 20 hours total you will be able to create a Supergroup.

you need to have a full party and be a good leader, or have great officers, i run a super group and its not easy, some may think it is but then again those who think that dont put very much work into it, you need to keep track of events in the group, when meetings are(if you have any), what you group is doing for missions ect.
