I created this build in response to the buff to Two-Gun Mojo. I always liked dual pistols, but never liked Bullet Beatdown.

Explanation:
Two Gun Mojo or Assault Rifle for single target DPS, SMG Burst or Gatling gun for AoE. Toxic Nanites adds to your DPS. Frag Grenade or Rocket are completely optional. I actually have another character (my first ever character, retconned recently) that uses all of the "or" powers. You could say the "left side" is more special agent, and "right side" is more mercenary/commando.
Powers
Gunslinger or Steady Shot: Thematic energy builder. You probably won't ever use it after level 30.
Two-Gun Mojo or Assualt Rifle: Singe target DPS. If choosing AR, you want to tap spam.
Killer Instinct: Energy Unlock that grants you energy whenever you crit (3 second cooldown). Scales +0.1 Energy per point of EGO.
Quarry: Increases all of your Physical damage, and non-Physical damage by half that amount. Gives you flat dodge chance. Every time you attack with a non-Energy builder you gain a stack of Audacity which gives you Avoidance, plus INT and EGO, based on a percentage of your INT.
SMG Burst or Gatling Gun: Choose whichever fits your theme better. If you want Lead Tempest, you'll have to shuffle the build a bit as that's a Tier 3 power. In terms of DPS, Gatling Gun > SMG > LT.
Concetration: Form power for Ranged DPS. Scales with the higher of your INT or EGO. Because of PSS EGO, this will be scaled to the max.
Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Resurgent Reiki): Heal over time that with the advantage also heals you every time you dodge. Works great with Quarry, dodge gear, and Masterful Dodge.
Masterful Dodge: The best AD out there. Works great with BCR/RR.
Holdout Shot: Thematic secondary heal. Could be swapped for Conviction. It has 100% crit severity, so it does hit pretty hard.
Ego Surge (Nimble Mind): Active Offense that gives you more EGO, and Nimble Mind gives you crit chance. Scales with CON.
Frag Grenade (Incendiary Grenade) or Rocket: Another thematic power. Take one, don't take one. Up to you.
Evasive Maneivers (Sleight of Mind): Reverse lunge, dodge buff, and 50% chance for threat wipe. Take it, love it.
Ice Sheath: Another Active Offense. Gives you bonus crit severity. Nice when rotated with Ego Surge.
Toxic Nanites: On-hit power. Taken as a "no thought" damage increase. Sonic Device or any other click power is good too.
Primary Super Stat
Ego: This is PSS to scale the energy return on Killer Instinct and Concentration, as well as make the most out of Quarry's Audacity buff. You could take DEX, but you may have to actually put your energy builder on your bar.
Secondary Super Stats
Intelligence: Scales the Audacity buff on Quarry. As Audacity increases your INT, it also scales the next stack to give more INT. Gotta love how some of these things loop like that.
Dexterity or Constitution: Going with DEX, and the chosen Talents, you should be around 11% crit chance from DEX. That's very good for not even getting any DEX from gear. CON is another good choice should you feel that Talents alone would give enough DEX and want to beef up and scale Nimble Mind a bit more.
Talents
Chosen to maximize DEX, regardless of it being a SS or not. Doing this lets you ignore DEX in gear and still have good crit chance.
Specializations
Ego:
Force of Will: Causes your Secondary Super Stats to grant Defense
Insight: Gives cost discount to your ranged powers based on your EGO. Filler point.
Aggression: 20% more Offense from gear.
Follow Through: Gives EGO it's old function of granting Crit Severity back.
Sixth Sense: Causes your Secondary Super Stats to grant Crit Chance. Slightly makes up not having PSS DEX.
Guardian:
Fortified Gear: Gives you 30% more Defense from items.
Ruthless: 10% more crit severity.
Find the Mark: Gives your Ranged attacks a 20% chance to debuff the target, giving you 3% more crit chance against it. Stacks up to 3 times.
The Best Defense: Crown Jewel of this spec. Copies your Defense to your Offense.
Vindicator:
Aggressive Stance: Increases your Defense by 20% of your Offense. This loops with The Best Defense.
Merciless: 15% more crit severity.
Focused Strikes: 6% more single target crit chance.
Modified Gear: Gives you 20% more Offense from items.
Mastery:
Ego Mastery: 20 points to your Secondary Super stats. This lets us gear the way we gear.
Gearing:
Heroic Gloves of Precision: EGO/EGO/Crit
Heroic Breastplate of Agility: EGO/INT/Dodge
Heroic Helm of Speed: EGO/EGO/Cooldown
Decisive (EGO/Crit) Secondary Offense (Vigilante's Critical Belt if you have the Q), Diplomatic (EGO/INT) Secondary Defense/Utility.
This gives you an absurd amount of EGO that scales the **** out of Concentration and Killer Instinct.
