Kyobu Ryushiho - Mega-Smasher!!!

This is very much "theme" character build, even more so than my other builds (since they are all theme builds). As such there are a number of power redundancies but they were necessary for the theme and the build is still effective. This build is an anime-inspired build along the lines of "The Guyver"
