This build looks really good, but I'm wondering, would it be decent in PvP, and if not, what do you suggest I would change to make it decent, or good in PvP.

I'm personally loving the Night Warrior buff, i'm also playing a Batman inspired character at the moment and i am loving sneaking up on enemies and taking them out with one hit, its very useful at the lower levels (6-20'ish) as i managed to take out Kevin Poe and Medusa in one hit after sneaking through to the end of the instance ignoring the standard mobs and then getting it over and done with as quickly as possible.
I tried using Gas Pellets (with the same character in fact) but i just couldn't get on with them, i don't know what it is but everytime i threw them out they usually ended up missing the mob completely and not doing any damage or they just run out of the area and attacked me regardles. Whats the best way to use Gas Pellets, whats your technique Kempo?

I guess you'd want to ensure you have Crippling Challenge on thundering kicks or inexorable tides. A power with the Nailed to the Ground advantage on it would also be a major bonus too but at first glance I'm not sure where best to slot that in.

Not only you. I practically removed gas pellet and put smoke granade instead. I hope it's a bug and perhaps miraculously them fix it someday ...

Whats the best way to use Gas Pellets, whats your technique Kempo? I jump over targets and throw them straight down to get a better shot of putting them in the smoke. Gas Pellets are actually one of the most OP'd powers in the game. The bigger the target the worse they are.

Is Parry even worth it. It only provides 2 seconds worth of dodge/avoidance. I plan on using this build and replacing some of the MA attacks with Dual Blades (keeping thundering kicks for the buff. Parry on the chopping block for my build.

Parry's advantage provides a dodge/avoidance buff as long as you're actively using melee attacks, including Dual Blades. Night Warrior provides a small buff to dodge and avoidance innately so they compliment one another. With offensive builds its always a good idea to add a layer of defense, especially if there's synergy. I say Parry is worth it.

Parry on the chopping block for my build. What Honorguard said. You have your information misplaced. Parry's advantage The Elusive Monk is active whenever you melee. So if you are doing a melee maintain for example the advantage is active the entire time. You're confusing the dodge/avoidance buff from the advantage with the standard reflect property of Parry. The reflect window is very short in duration and requires player timing.

OK, another question involving PvP again, no I am not a hardcore PvPer, but a RPer in my SG is a PvPer, not a hardcore one but still good, and I wanna do RP battles with him. Anyway! Is Gas pellets worth it in PvP, or should I drop them?

They only do a lot of damage IF you can manage to get a target to sit still in them. Doubtful in PVP against just about anyone.
