This is my Power Armor character, a robot created by Monty Harrison to quickly arrive to a crime scene without risking human lives. More info here.

Powers
Force Bolts w/ Energy Refraction: Your Energy Builder with an advantage for some minor defense. Between damage spikes you could want to let your energy builder run a couple of blasts (especially in Alerts where your energy stats won't be as high), so the advantage can come to use.
Force Shield w/ Force Sheath: A small layer of defense and energy gain to help against groups of mobs.
Implosion Engine: A fire-and-forget power that deals big damage in an AoE. Use for massive damage stacked onto your regular.
Concussor Beam w/ Frenetic Blast: Great damage, knockback and snare. Very useful for single target damage and crowd control.
Targeting Computer: Standard damage-enhancing passive. I used this one because of concept, but you might as well use Quarry or Kinetic Manipulation if you so like.
Minigun w/ U-238 Rounds: Great, fast ticking debuff, and potent AoE damage, especially at the lower levels.
Molecular Self-Assembly: An Energy Unlock that scales on INT and procs every time a power goes off cooldown, which, in the case of Power Armour, will be whenever you're done attacking, allowing to make another burst of damage against after one-two seconds.
Bionic Shielding: Your heal. Sadly it's only useful when you're actually under attack, but The Rush Of Battle should keep you healthy even when not under attack.
Chest Beam: More damage in a cylinder, and also a further debuff to all damage, which stacks with Minigun. Using Minigun and Concussor Beam combined with taps from this power will make for some monster damage output.
Unbreakable: An Oh-Sh** button in case something goes wrong, like you overpull or a big boss attacks you.
Inertial Dampening Field: A thematic defence layer to help against bunches of henchmen.
Support Drones: Some healing aid that scales with your Superstats to help with the longer fights. Also fits with his theme as Operator, the inventor of this robot, loves his Drones.
Electric Sheath w/ Matter/Energy Union: An Active Offense that gives energy maintenance, with the added benefit of having a damage shield to help even more with defence when needed... and it will be needed.
Shoulder Launcher: If you hit this about a second after hitting Minigun, both will go off. It's a fine art, but when you succeed it will be worth it.
Stats
Endurance: Endurance has the by far best spec tree for an energy hungry offensive character like this one. That and its Mastery is very useful.
Intelligence: Lowers the energy cost of your powers and fuels MSA.
Ego: For even more damage.
Specializations
Endurance
Gear Utilization: Increases the amount of Oddense and Defense you get from items by 18%. This is very good for obvious reasons - Deal more damage and be capable of taking more damage and you will be a more powerful damage dealer.
Readiness: Increases your Equilibrium, allowing you to alpha strike for some nice damage.
Power Overwhelming: Even more Offense, this time from Secondary Superstats.
Withstand: A filler to increase your Hold Resistance, which is good for a DPSer since you will get more time to actually deal damage.
Guardian
Fortified Gear: Further increases the Defense you get from gear by 30%. This is needed since this is a squishy build.
Locus: Whenever you make an AoE attack or are hit by one, you will gain a stack. At 30 stacks, you will get 49 Offense and Defense. With Minigun and Chestbeam, this will fill up in no time.
Tenacious: More or less a filler, but more Offense whenever you're hit may help when you get aggro, so you can kill off the attackers quickly.
The Best Defense: You gain Offense equal to 100% of your Defense. Those Defense-increasing specs suddenly got useful, didn't they?
Vindicator
Aggressive Stance: Gives you Offense equal to 20% of your Defense. This and The Best Defense will fight for a while until the numbers settle.
The Rush Of Battle: Heals you for 15% of your health whenever you defeat an enemy. Useful for those long fights, to keep you standing.
Mass Destruction: Sort of a filler, but since this build is so AoE-heavy, increasing the chance for a crit with all those abilities is a decent buff.
Offensive Expertise: Decreases the cooldown of Electric Sheath by 14%.
Mastery
Endurance: Okay, so this is a mouthful. Basically, for this build, you will gain 3% of your max Energy every second while attacking if you're in Ranged Damage Role, and 3% of your max Energy every 5 seconds while in Hybrid. This basically means that it greatly alleviates your energy issues, which is very useful for a PA build.
I'd also suggest a piece of Primary Utility with high Cost Discount and a Gambler's Gem on it, to help a lot with the energy. I use a Helmet of Efficiency from the Silver Champs Recog vendor with a Rank 5 Gambler's Gem, and it works wonders.
