First question that arises me, after seeing that there ARE group heals out there is... Being stuck with either psionic or empathic healing, is the Mind actually capable to solo heal a team in endgame content?
I've had no problems keeping up a 2 man team in a lvl 30 lair, and only minor trouble when it rose to 3 men.
Ego Sprites are also a self-heal if you put slave mentality to them... The fact you didn't add them to your list means that in endgame their heal is as negligible as in early game content?
Lastly... Shouldn't CC be also accounted for? Specially for the Mind AT (dunno about freeforms), most of our energy bulding comes off telepathic Reverberation, which works directly out of our CC skills: I'd say it's an important part of the game... Unless I'm missing something, of course.

The Mind shouldn't have too many issues with healing in even end game lairs whether you pick Empathic Healing or Psionic Healing. The combination of Mindful Reinforcement, either heal, and the Radiant aura is sufficient as long as the group sticks together and doesn't get in over their heads.
The heal on Ego Sprites is mostly useless in my opinion. It requires the targets to live for the full 10 seconds before you start getting healed and the heal is negligible when compared to the other healing the Mind archetype has access to.
Energy unlocks are an important part of any build, as such I briefly mentioned Telepathic Reverb + Ego Sleep and Thermal Reverb + Flashfire in my guide. Both energy unlocks scale off your presence stat.
Crowd control that's *just* crowd control (ie: no damage, debuffs, or used for energy unlocks) is largely wasted time and effort. The mobs you'd really want to mez (super villains or higher) are usually immune to holds or the effects are too short lived to be seen as useful.
The Mind archetype is well built in that it gets two very useful crowd control abilities, Ego Sleep and Ego Storm. Ego Sleep can be used to disorient foes that are otherwise immune to holds on a tap allowing you to keep Telepathic Reverberation going at all times. Ego Storm, especially with the toggle advantage so you can continue healing, is excellent AoE damage and mez that fuels itself.
